It started with our own neighbourhood
Before Mini-Labs had a name, we walked into the local businesses around us — the coffee shop, the salon, the pizza place — and asked one question: why do the best businesses on this street have the worst Google presence?
So we fixed it, door by door. We built them a review & reputation engine that turned their happy customers into consistent Google reviews. Rankings climbed. Phones rang. And those owners started asking for more — a better website, a loyalty program, help with ads, an AI receptionist.
